Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is a 134-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility located in the peaceful community of Campbell Hall, New York. Conveniently situated between Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, NY, and Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY, we are ideally positioned to serve the needs of our residents and their families.

Our beautifully landscaped grounds offer a serene and harmonious environment, creating a welcoming space for healing, relaxation, and recovery. To ensure ease and accessibility, we accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
